An agreement between the Autonomous Port of Kribi (PAK) and the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) has been signed for the creation of centers of agricultural excellence to guarantee food self-sufficiency given the galloping growth of the population in the city. In addition, several foodstuffs are produced locally.
