The Community Council can sit in 4 sessions per year. These sessions take place following the work in the commissions. The Community Council sits in public. The Chairman of the Board may, however, convene an extraordinary session if necessary. The main ordinary sessions of the Community Council are as follows: Examination and adoption of the Budget, mid-term evaluation/budgetary framework, adoption of administrative accounts and management accounts.
