The assets of the territory

The City of Kribi, Crossroads of peoples, Crucible of opportunities, emerging industrial and economic pole.

Kribi is a city with multiple assets

The climate: With an equatorial type climate, the quality of the soil is favorable to agricultural crops. The greenery consists of an abundant mangrove composed of mangroves, badamiers, Chinese bamboo, raffia etc.

Hydrography: The Cité Balnéaire is a city surrounded by water, outside the Atlantic Ocean. There are two large rivers (La Lobé and Kienké), with many rivers flowing into the sea. These are water supply sources for agro-pastoral needs.

- Edéa, base of the ALUCAM industry (aluminum from Cameroon) and the power station on the Sanaga River;
